• Cut carrot to small cubes and pressure cook with water. Grind them to paste
• Fry cashews with ghee - remove cashews to add later
• Add carrot paste and milk - allow to boil, keep stirring to get desired consistency
• Add sugar and stir till halwa consistency is reached (ghee seperates)
• Add fried cashews
