- Soak the paneer in hot water to turn soft
- Coat paneer with 1 teaspoon rice flour, gram flour, maida flour, chilly powder, salt - no water required. Fry in oil in medium flame till the Panner color turns brown.(No need to deep fry)
- Tempering - Onion, chilly, garlic, ginger,chilly powder, coriander powder, curd, tomato sauce, garnish with coriander leaves
