Paal Payasam Recipe


  • Basic Boiling of milk.
  • Add raw rice (small quantity) and boiled milk to big pressure cooker (5ltr cooker for 1 ltr milk) - optional to add 1 spoon of ghee to get thick consistency
  • Pressure Cook for around 5 to 6 whistles and allow it to cool completely before opening
  • Add sugar, cardamon and bring to boil till desired consistency
