Masala Peanut - Kaara Kadalai Recipe
Dry roast 1 cup Peanuts. Add 1/2 cup Gram flour, 2 teaspoon rice flour, chilly powder, Garam masala powder, salt, pinch of bakingsoda (optional) . Mix well with peanuts adding less water. Deep fry in medium heat oil.
