French fry

• Cut potatoes to long thick sticks and soak in salt + cold water
• Pat dry with kitchen towel
• Two time frying - one with medium flame till potatoes are cooked
• Allow it to cool and then fry with high flame till its crispy
Add salt , chilly powder/pepper powder


Simple Red Pasta

• 2.5 cups penne with 5 cups water and salt - cover cook
• Ginger, garlic, Onion, corn, chopped tomatoes, chilly powder, maggie masala, pasta starch water, oregano, chilly flakes - Saute
• Add cooked pasta -cover cook for 2 min
• Amul Cheese grated for toppings


Poori

1. Mix 1 cup atta and 1 cup maida with salt, water, oil and knead
2. Roll to slightly thick circles and fry in oil

Paal Payasam Recipe


  • Basic Boiling of milk.
  • Add raw rice (small quantity) and boiled milk to big pressure cooker (5ltr cooker for 1 ltr milk) - optional to add 1 spoon of ghee to get thick consistency
  • Pressure Cook for around 5 to 6 whistles and allow it to cool completely before opening
  • Add sugar, cardamon and bring to boil till desired consistency

Carrot Halwa Recipe

• Cut carrot to small cubes and pressure cook with water. Grind them to paste
• Fry cashews with ghee - remove cashews to add later
• Add carrot paste and milk - allow to boil,  keep stirring to get desired consistency
• Add sugar and stir till halwa consistency is reached (ghee seperates)
• Add fried cashews

 

Simple Paneer Fry Recipe

  • Soak the paneer in hot water to turn soft
  • Coat paneer with 1 teaspoon rice flour, gram flour, maida flour, chilly powder, salt - no water required. Fry in oil in medium flame till the Panner color turns brown.(No need to deep fry)
  • Tempering - Onion, chilly, garlic, ginger,chilly powder,  coriander powder, curd, tomato sauce, garnish with coriander leaves
