Parupu Usili with Chana dal

1. Soak Chana dal in hot water for 2-3 hours. Grind soaked chana dal with red chilly, asafoetida and salt
2. Steam the ground mixture in idli plate and let it cool. crumble the mixture.
3. Add oil,mustard seeds, crumbled mixture and roast well.
4. Add the cooked vegetable (Beans/ cluster beans) , salt and fry
