2. Mix 1 cup instant rice flour, 1 tablespoon Urad dal powder, salt, chilly powder, ghee/butter, asafoetida, water, roasted gram dal (optional)and add hot oil. The dough should be thick .
3. Take a plastic paper/white cloth and coat with oil. Make small balls of dough and flatten using hand greased with oil. Prick holes using fork or toothpick
4. Fry them in medium heat oil and cook till bubble ceases
